Nestled in the heart of Viera, is a wonderful artist's retreat from the hustle of the business world. Large format tile is the foundation for this dazzling interior. The crown jewel of this home is the refinished stairs leading to the second floor. Upstairs is the newly tiled residence's private patio.
The porcelain tile reflects the furniture in the room beautifully. A large portion of the first floor of the home, required for the previous tile flooring to be removed.
The bar was completely removed and replaced for the new floor installation.
Tile leveling systems is a must when installing to a 1/16 inch grout line. Tile size is 32 x 32 inches which equals to 7 square feet PER TILE.
Great care was taken to ensure the grain of the tile would best compliment the flow of the environment.
This elegant stairway was retiled and refinished to its original glory.
Oak plank stained in special walnut and a mirror lacquer finish.
